The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is designed to ensure a responsible use of resources including but not limited to computer equipment, software, operating systems, accounts, emails, web services, and all IT-related network and system resources. These systems are property of First Standard Finance Corporation known as “Company” and must be used for business purposes in serving the interests of the company including customers in the course of normal operations. Effective security is a team effort involving the participation and support of every employee who deals with information and/or information systems.
